Winch Extension Straps

Winch Extension Straps

When the nearest solid anchor is further away than your winch line reaches, an extension strap bridges the gap between the anchor and the line.

What we stock

Wild Dog 4x4 winch extension straps rated at 7,000kg, in 10m, 15m and 20m. Manufactured in South Africa.

Using them

An extension strap is a low-stretch strap for winching — never substitute a kinetic rope or snatch strap, which store energy under load. Remove twists before loading, lay a damper over the line, and keep everyone clear while it is under tension.
